| Small brown to tan lesions appear on the leaves. |
 | A closer view shows the spots become angular and are restricted by the small leaf veins. Later, these spots turn brown. |
 | Some spots develop yellow halos and then merge together to form necrotic areas. Early analysis indicates that this maybe Angular leaf spot. Another possibility is Xanthomonas which is a problem we have had before on gourds. Laboratory diagnosis is under way for a definite answer. Stayed tuned for the diagnosis. |
